The Advisory Board helps to anticipate industry developments and trends to ensure these are reflected in WTM Latin America’s strategic development. Consisting of industry leaders from across Latin America, the Advisory Board reflects regional interests of visitors, exhibitors, buyers and trade associations.

Adriana Cavalcanti - has a degree in Foreign Trade with specialization courses in Disruptive Strategy, Risk Management & Crisis and Corporate Governance. She has almost 30 years' experience in commercial aviation and is currently a member of the boards of directors of companies in the tourism & mobility industry and social impact startups.
Cássio M. Salles Oliveira
Executive Director, Sakura Consolidadora
Professional who holds a specialization degree in tourism, he began his career at Varig, where he worked for many years in the area of Reservations, Distribution and finally in the Commercial area.
After the merger of the companies REXTUR and REXTURADVANCE, he worked as a commercial director, Commercial Vice-President, where he stayed for over 23 years until the sale of the company to CVC CORP.
He was the founding executive of AIRTKT, the Consolidators Association, and from 2.015 to 2.021 he worked as the Vice President of Ancoradouro Representações e Turismo, one of the largest tour service consolidators in the Brazilian market.
In November of 2.021, he started working as Executive Director of SAKURA CONSOLIDADORA, a company that is present throughout Brazil, where he is responsible for the commercial development.
He was an active participant in the client council of various national and international airline companies, member of APJC of IATA and member of the Advisory Board of WTM-LA.
As an active professional in an industry in which he has worked for over 40 years, being well known, and recognized in the tourism industry, having been awarded as one of the greatest professionals in the consolidation by ELO/PANROTAS in the last years.

With a degree in Public Relations, Danielle Roman has more than 20 years' experience in connecting people and places. She heads up a team that is strategically spread across Latin America and helps them turn Interamerican's customers into successful brands.

Currently acting as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of DGX International Travel Brazil & México, a company specialized in Tourism Destination Marketing and the representation of tourism companies with a presence in Mexico and Brazil. She graduated in Planning and Development in the Tourism Sector and has an Instituto Politécnico Nacional MBA.
For 8 years she was the head of the Mexico Tourism Board office in Brazil, creating important strategic alliances with the objective of increasing the number of Brazilian visitors to Mexico. She has seventeen years of experience in the private sector, where she used to work at Best Western Hotels, taking care of the hotels based in Mexico, Central America, and Ecuador. She started as a reservation assistant and worked her way up to the Head Commercial Area.

He has a degree in Tourism from Universidade Anhembi-Morumbi and an MBA in Tourism, Hospitality and Entertainment from FGV with an international extension course at Ohio University College of Business along with more than 20 years' experience in Procurement, Business Process Outsourcing, Travel Management and Corporate Events and sales, which was acquired by working at multinational companies such as Siemens, IBM, Carlson Wagonlit, HRG and HRS.
He was elected president of ALAGEV (Latin American Association of Travel and Corporate Events Managers) from 2014 to 2016, and currently holds the position of the Association's Executive Director. The co-author of three books, and a Brazilian and international speaker for the travel and event industry's most important and significant events.

Elizabeth Kyoko Wada is a research fellow at the CNPQ (Brazilian Council for Scientific and Technological Development) with Corporate Mobility research in Latin America, completed her post-doctoral research at UFPR - PGP (Post Graduate Program) in Tourism; and has a Master's degree and a PhD in Communication Sciences from the University of São Paulo; Specialist in Marketing Administration from EAESP/FGV; and has degrees in Tourism from the Centro Universitário Ibero Americano Unibero and in Social Communication - Public Relations from the University of São Paulo.
