Keep safe at our event

We are taking the necessary measures to safeguard your health and safety.

Following you will find some of the basic measures that we will be implementing:

BODY TEMPERATURE CONTROL

As part of the security protocols, there will be thermal measurement at the entrances to the event, the access to the event will not be allowed if the body temperature is above 37.5ºC.

SYMPTOMS

If you have any symptoms such as cough, fever or sore throat 2 weeks before the show, stay home and contact your doctor. Remember that the following measures and guidelines were created to safeguard your health and well-being.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Avoid crowds at the event and speed up your entry. Make your registration on our website prior to your visit and print the badge that will be sent to your email; this will be your access.

TRANSPORTATION

If you arrive to the show by public transport, preferably use taxis or any private transport services available. We encourage you to use only cashless payment.

VENUE (ENTRANCE)

There will be sanitary filters at the entrance of the venue.

Follow the recommendations and instructions of the staff who will be guiding you.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Wear personal protective equipment throughout the event. We recommend using face masks covering both your nose and mouth is during your visit.

CLEANING

Cleaning will be done before and during the show. Every day, the cleaning team will disinfect all areas before activities and also cleaning common areas every half hour.

BUSINESS CARDS

We are working to avoid physical contact, and we invite you to join this initiative. You can use digital tools like LinkedIn QR Code to help you increase your networking during the event.

HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

Follow the hygiene protocol at the show: regularly wash your hands with soap and water or use the hand sanitiser dispenser to clean them; cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze, and properly dispose of your tissues.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY

Identify and respect the maximum number of people who can be inside our convivial zones, such as conference rooms, workshops and food areas. Use only the available places and do not move the furniture, as it has been placed to respect the healthy distance.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

All those taking part in the event will be advised to follow the minimum physical distance of 1m between one person and another and, for this reason, the entry of people will be restricted by the event’s organizers in order to guarantee sufficient space for minimum physical distancing at the event. The exhibitors will also be responsible for controlling the number of people at their stands, avoiding crowds.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Use only designated areas to do your meals, respecting the maximum number of people, and stay only long enough. Use only the available places and do not move the furniture. Our exhibitors will not do tastings or share snacks with attendees.


All rules available at the event must be followed by all participants, including, but not limited to, exhibitors, partners, visitors and suppliers. Although it does not have this obligation, RXBR reserves the right to take any and all necessary measures against eventual violators, including, as the case may be and the circumstances, the banning of the violator from the venue of the event and even liability for damages.

Responding effectively to COVID-19 is a shared responsibility. We must all adopt new practices, respect each other, and follow science-based guidelines to safeguard ourselves and others. Let’s work together to overcome the challenges, bring people together and get businesses growing again.
