Who can apply?

Travel Forward VIP Buyers must meet the Travel Forward qualification criteria. All registration and application forms will therefore be reviewed against the following:

  • Senior travel industry professionals with direct purchasing and contracting authority
  • Senior IT / Travel Tech professionals with direct purchasing and contracting authority

Qualifying Criteria

Please note that places on the programme are limited and all applicants will be reviewed against the following criteria:

  • Senior travel industry professionals with direct purchasing and contracting authority
  • Senior IT / Travel Tech professionals with direct purchasing and contracting authority
  • Senior travel or travel tech key product influencer
  • Annual budget spend on travel tech
  • Invested interest in travel technology
  • Attending show with a serious view to developing new business

VIP Buyer Requirements

  • Commit to a minimum of 5 appointments per day for the first 2 days of the show with Travel Forward Exhibitors
  • Attend the exclusive Travel Forward networking event (Exhibitors and VIP Buyers only)
  • Provide Hotel Invoice to the VIP Buyer Team in order to receive Hotel Contribution
  • Complete post show survey
  • Complete a small £5 admin fee to secure place on the programme

What are the next steps?

Step 1. Application form

  • Complete with as much information as possible
  • Indicate all the technology solutions that suit business needs
  • Use the text section asking for any additional information to support your application as an opportunity to demonstrate what you wish to achieve in attending the show as a VIP Buyer.

Step 2. Qualification

  • All applications are processed according to the qualifying criteria
  • You may be emailed or called with regards to your application to provide more detail or to clarify a point.

Step 3. Confirmation

  • Once your application has been reviewed, your will receive an email confirming the status of your application.
  • Upon successful qualification, Your Travel Forward VIP Buyer Badge number will be included in this email.
  • Unsuccessful applicants will be invited to apply as a Travel Forward Trade Visitor

Step 4. Buyer Profile

  • Once you have been confirmed on the progamme and closer to the show dates, you will be sent a link inviting you to complete your VIP Buyer profile on ConnectMe
  • Complete this with as much detail as possible to include company description, logo, profile picture and website. This enables you to be visible to the Exhibitors.

Step 5. Appointment making

  • You will be advised as soon as the appointment making platform is available and further guidance on how to use the platform will be emailed to you
  • You will have exclusive early bird access to the Travel Forward exhibitors to complete your minimum appointment requirement.
