Discovery Hotels & Resorts joins Indonesia Pavilion at WTM London 2026
Bringing Indonesian hospitality to European travellers, from Jakarta’s tropical gardens to Bali’s beaches and the highlands of West Java.
Some will have forgotten you by the time you reach the airport. Others stay with you: a smile that wasn't forced, a host who remembered your name, and a place that felt, strangely, like home. Discovery Hotels & Resorts is betting that European travellers are ready for the second kind. This week at World Travel Market London 2026, the Indonesian hotel group will sit down with travel buyers, tour operators, MICE planners and media at ExCeL London from 3 to 5 November, not to hand out brochures, but to start conversations. Positioned within the Indonesia Pavilion, the group will present its portfolio across Jakarta, West Java, Bali, the Thousand Islands and East Nusa Tenggara, a cross section of a country that rarely fits into a single itinerary.
Hotel Borobudur Jakarta is located in the heart of the capital and surrounded by 23 acres of tropical gardens, combining central convenience with a peaceful resort atmosphere. Discovery SCBD is located in Jakarta’s business district, offering a modern stay for both business and leisure travellers with easy access to entertainment areas, while Discovery Ancol offers a family-friendly coastal experience in Jakarta, with access to Ancol’s recreational attractions and waterfront. Palace Hotel Cipanas is located in the cooler highlands of West Java, surrounded by natural landscapes for travellers seeking mountains and countryside escapes outside Jakarta. In Bali, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel sits on the beachfront in Kuta, offering direct beach access and a warm Balinese ambiance, while LV8 Resort Hotel Bali offers stylish suites with views of the Indian Ocean and tropical landscape. Beyond these destinations, Pantara Island in the Thousand Islands offers a marine destination ideal for leisure and outdoor activities, while Wisma Alak Resort in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, offers coastal experiences surrounded by nature.
DHR’s participation at WTM London reflects the growing interest in travel experiences that combine accommodation with culture, nature, wellness, and local experiences. For European travellers visiting Indonesia, the group offers an opportunity to experience stays that deeply connect guests with the character of each destination. “We are not coming to London simply to sell hotel rooms. We want to build meaningful relationships with our partners and introduce them to the diverse experiences Indonesia has to offer. Hospitality in Indonesia is deeply personal. It is about making guests feel welcome and creating memories that last.” said Mr Luis Daniel Garcia, representing Discovery Hotels & Resorts.”
