WTM Latin America 2026 Highlights Participation of Mobility, Cruise, Technology, and Insurance Companies

Travel is an important and essential part of a trip. And it is precisely this essential link in the journey that is highlighted in the Mobility area of WTM Latin America, launched in the last edition to bring together companies responsible for connecting travelers to destinations around the world. The space returns in 2026 even more robust, with the participation of airlines, car rental companies, and train companies.

Among the confirmed exhibitors are Avis Budget Group, Sicily By Car, Movida, Latam Airlines, and Emirates, representing different aspects of international mobility and reinforcing the strategic role of transportation in the tourism chain.

The edition also registers a strong presence of the cruise segment, highlighting the growth and relevance of this market. Beyond mobility, WTM Latin America brings together companies that support the operation and safety of travel. In the field of technology, Lighthouse Intelligence Ltd, MONDE Sistemas de Informação Ltda, Omnibees Soluções em Tecnologia e Marketing Hoteleiro Ltda, RateHawk (Emerging Travel Group), Restel S.A., Travel Compositor, Sistema IO and V12 Booking are confirmed, reinforcing the role of innovation, distribution and data intelligence in the development of the sector.

In the travel insurance and assistance segment, Harmônica Seguros e Turismo Ltda and Coris Brasil Turismo Viagens e Assistência Internacional have already confirmed their participation, highlighting the importance of protection and risk management in an increasingly complex travel scenario.

Other exhibitors are expected to be announced in the coming weeks, expanding the diversity of companies present at the event, which takes place from April 14 to 16 at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo (SP).

Service – WTM Latin America 2026 Accreditation

WTM Latin America 2026 will begin charging a fee for issuing access credentials for Trade Visitors and students. The values vary according to the category and the date of completion of the accreditation.

Trade visitors

1st batch: BRL120: deadline ended on February 28th

2nd batch BRL170 (for accreditations carried out between March 1st and 31st)

3rd batch: BRL400 (for accreditations carried out between April 1st and 16th)
 

Trade Visitor credentials are valid for all three days of the event and also grant access to the WTMLAT Meet networking tool.

Students

Credential valid for April 14th and 15th, 2026: BRL 60

Credential valid for April 16th, 2026: Free for students
