The WTM Spotlight Riyadh Hosted Buyer Programme connects senior travel buyers with Saudi Arabia’s evolving travel and tourism market. A carefully curated programme of meetings and experiences, designed to capitalise on the inbound and outbound opportunities emerging under Vision 2030.
What is the Hosted Buyer Programme?
The WTM Spotlight Riyadh Hosted Buyer Programme is for senior-level travel industry buyers who have been qualified through the application process to participate in an exclusive programme of meetings, networking and experiences during WTM Spotlight Riyadh.
How to apply
To register your interest for the Hosted Buyer Programme, please complete the application form.
Please read all the benefits and requirements carefully before applying.
Requirements for participating:
- Senior travel industry professional with direct purchasing and contracting authority in leisure, MICE, luxury or corporate travel.
- Demonstrated intent or capability to place business into Saudi Arabia, or to source Saudi travel product for international markets.
- Ability to demonstrate current or planned activity in inbound or outbound Saudi travel, with a clearly defined business model.
- Annual travel buying budget consolidated across categories (flights, hotels, transport, experiences).
- Willing to adhere to all Hosted Buyer programme commitments and attendance policies as set out in the terms and conditions.
- Able to provide references for business conducted in the last 6 to 12 months.
- Intermediate level of English to converse with international exhibitors.

Flight contribution per location is an indication of approximate fare rates and not a guaranteed amount.
Flight contribution is at the discretion of the WTM Spotlight Riyadh team and subject to change.
Hosted Buyer Commitments
Attend a minimum of 30 pre-scheduled appointments across the duration of the event.
Arrive in time for the start of the programme and remain until the close of the show.
Uphold all appointment diary commitments.
Complete the Hosted Buyer and company profile in full.
Attend any mandatory Hosted Buyer events as scheduled.
Rate all appointments through the meetings platform.
Complete the official post-show survey.
