1. Make powerful connections with Connect Me
Connect Me allows you to search for and connect with buyers before the show, arrange meetings and make the business deals you’ve been waiting for. Click here to be taken to the platform now.
2. Enjoy contactless lead scanning
Capture leads from your conversations with the easy swipe of a badge, using our lead capture app. By preconfiguring the app, you can set up specific questions or forms for you and your teams to follow, or just capture in free text the details of the conversation and even rate the quality of the lead.
3. Need help building your stand?
Our SmartSpace stands give you a unique and cost-effective stand design and build option without the hassle of expensive stand designers and builders. Get in touch to learn more.
4. Update your exhibitor profile
Make sure your profile on the exhibitor portal is up-to-date so that buyers can find you and learn all the latest information on your brand.

6. Download your badge
Before the show, you will need to register for ebadges for anyone working on your stand. These will need to be downloaded onto mobile phones or printed at home before arrival, to guarantee your entry. If you opt for the printed version, we will provide a lanyard and badge holder when you arrive. To get started, log into the Exhibitor hub and visit the badging section.
7. Schedule your meetings
Invite your clients and prospects to meet you on your stand, by using the ‘My Invitations’ tab on the Badging Section of the Exhibitor Portal. A quick and easy way to ensure you are making the most of your investment and ensuring as busy a stand as possible.
8. Network with buyers at the show
This year, we launch a brand new speed networking format. Join 170 top buyers from around the world looking to meet you in an informal speed-networking session on Monday 1 May, 09.30 – 11.00 in the Bubble Lounge, open to all exhibitors on a first come, first served basis.
9. Plan ahead
