Everyone’s excited about finally getting together again this November, but we know that not everyone can make it to the live event.

Our Virtual WTM in 2020 was a huge success, with more than 10,000 participants, 20,000 conference session views and 24,000 prescheduled video meetings.

So this year, we’re bringing you the best of both.

WTM London 2021 takes place physically from 1-3 November and then virtually the following week on Monday 8 and Tuesday 9. The physical event will focus on pre-arranged meetings through Connect-Me, buyer speed networking and an extensive conference programme. The virtual event will focus on one-to-one meetings and networking.

A new way to activate your presence at WTM London

New for 2021 is our innovative, flexible exhibitor solution, designed to help you overcome travel restrictions and time constraints. Our Activation Package gives you a physical exhibition stand on the show floor, delivering excellent brand exposure without the need for a team of staff.

How it works: The package gives you a dedicated lightbox stand to showcase your brand on the show floor. You can be a main stand-holder with a large lightbox, or take one of the smaller lightboxes in the middle of the stand. Visitors can explore the stand and find out more about your business by downloading details via a QR code scanner on each lightbox.

There’s no need for a stand host, but if you want to have someone on-hand and can’t travel to London in person, you can arrange for a representative to be there for you.

Review of 2020

WTM London went virtual in 2020, focusing on recovery, rebuilding and shaping the travel industry. We executed a show which focused on business connections; recovering old ties and building new ones.

The event featured live conference sessions tackling some of the issues the industry is still facing, roundtables, speed networking sessions, one-to-one meetings, and virtual networking sessions. We're keeping the global travel conversation alive and helping deliver new connections as well as offering a wide range of online business opportunities. Whatever our show looks like in 2021, we can't wait to see you again.
