PR and marketing opportunities for exhibitors
Be seen by the global travel media
The WTM London PR team is in constant contact with global travel media who are actively interested in writing about the iconic event. They are on hand to help maximise your media coverage before, during and after the show.
With a variety of opportunities available, sharing detailed information with the team as early as possible, will ensure maximum return for you.
Press releases
We want to hear about your latest news, marketing campaigns, product launches, projects, success stories and innovations – and so will the media.
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to one press release which is uploaded onto WTM London’s Exhibitor News page and distributed to registered media ahead of the show. This will also be featured on the WTM London app.
To get involved, you may either upload your news to the Exhibitor Directory via your Exhibitor Portal or email it to our PR team.
The deadline for inclusion is 2 October 2026.
Media interviews
Be sure to share details of your on-stand events and activations with the PR team, who can pitch for media attendance. We will also explore on-site interviews for your spokespeople if you have a strong news angle.
To explore this opportunity, or to find out which media are registered to attend, please contact the PR team.
Virtual media diary of events
Every year, the virtual media diary of events acts as a central, digital hub for journalists and content creators to see which exhibitor events and activations are taking place each day. The link to the virtual booklet is distributed to media a week before the show, giving them opportunity to schedule their time efficiently over the three days. It is also displayed within the WTM London app for easy access.
To ensure your event is featured, please email the PR team with details and timings for your planned event. Typically, we are looking for press conferences, news-worthy interview opportunities, networking events, picture-perfect-moments, workshops, competitions, media receptions – but we’re open to all kinds of events. Please share details no later than 2 October 2026.
Interview wall
Located within the WTM International Media Centre (N1-500), exhibitors can make use of the popular WTM London branded interview wall at no additional cost. A professional camera crew will film interviews, which are then uploaded to the WTM YouTube channel. Included in the media diary of events, the interview wall is also popular among attending media.
Please note, slots are given based on editorial merit and are filled very quickly, so we’d strongly advise for you to pitch in as soon as it’s open (usually in late August/early September – all exhibitors will be notified).
When pitching, please include your company name, stand number, spokesperson’s full name, and a summary of the news angle, by 2 October 2026.
Radio or TV interviews
Your news may be suitable for a broadcast opportunity. With specialist broadcast agency Markettiers on hand, WTM London can assist you in pitching your news into regional, national and international broadcast media. These interviews will take place in the on-site studios, and all broadcasting slots are given based on editorial merit.
Also available, for the second year running, are the WTM TV slots. Available at an additional fee, you can secure widespread broadcast coverage across the show floor. These are popular and slots are limited so please reach out to the PR team to book yours, or to find out more by 2 October 2026.
Press conferences
WTM London provides a high-profile platform for major announcements, with a strong presence of media outlets in attendance. Slots are in high demand and allocated to news with a clear and compelling angle. This may include (but is not limited to) significant investment in business and services, strong business growth and sales performance, or a focus on new and emerging destinations.
Please email the PR team to explore slots and fill out the booking form. Please enquire no later than 2 October 2026.
No printed press or flyers
At WTM London, we’re committed to reducing waste and encouraging more sustainable ways of sharing information. To support this, printed press releases, magazine or marketing material of any kind won’t be accommodated onsite.
We kindly encourage the use of digital press packs, such as QR codes linking directly to your press materials.
