Help for first time exhibitors

Position your brand within the travel market and put yourselves in front of key buyers in the industry by exhibiting at WTM London.

We appreciate that it can be overwhelming when exhibiting for the first time at WTM London. Our team will support you every step of the way so you are able to focus on reaping the benefits.

Top tips for exhibitors:

  • Generate new business with Connect Me - Our appointment tool Connect Me allows you to search for and connect with buyers before the show, arrange meetings and get those deals signed.
  • If you want a way to stand out from the rest of the exhibitors, book our special ‘New Exhibitor Promotional Packages (NEPP), available exclusively to new exhibitors. Get in touch with your account manager to find out more.
  • Remember to come and talk to us if you need help! - You can always contact your account manager before the show via phone or email. At the show, we have one main info point in the middle of the Concourse outside S5 and N5 entrances.
  • Make sure your profile on the exhibitor portal is up to date so buyers can find you and know all the latest information about your brand.
  • Wear comfortable shoes - Yes, it seems simple enough but comfort is key when walking around a huge venue like ExCeL. Don’t forget to also wrap up warm, bring an umbrella and then drop them in the cloakroom so you don’t have to carry them around.
  • Register ahead of time and have your badge ready on your phone to ensure a smooth and quick process when entering the venue.
  • Plan the conferences you want to attend, so that they don’t clash with your meetings.

Great experience for us as a destination to promote our area and make new contacts by networking at the event. Being the first time we attended, we can definitely know what to expect and develop for next year.
