What if you forget your badge?

Please note that you will need to get another e-badge printed at registration to gain entry to WTM Africa. We strongly advise that you print your badge before coming to the event to avoid delays.

By using the WTM Africa e-badge you agree to observe the event admission policy.

WTM Africa e-badges are strictly non-transferable and only valid for the person whose name is printed on it, on the days shown. You may be asked to validate your e-badge with a personal photographic identification document (ID card or passport). E-badges must be protected from liquids and must not be folded across the e-badge barcodes. Damaged e-badges may delay your entry into the event.

WTM Africa reserves the right to reject e-badges and refuse admission into the event should tickets be copied or fraudulently produced.
