Exhibitors

Please could you send me my password (Post Show)?

You request would not go through as exhibitors don’t have access to the portal post show. You profile is still visible but you won’t have access to edit anything.

Where do I register and download my exhibitor badges?

Your should be able to download your badge from your exhibitor portal. Alternatively, please contact Customer Services to get a copy. 

Why is it important to complete the exhibitor profile?

The Portal is a great platform for exhibitors to show their visibility on the show floor prior, during and after the exhibition.

How does the appointment system work?

It’s based on a mutual match making system, with both the exhibitor and buyers having the opportunity to select who they wish to see.

Can I access the list of buyers and make appointments with them?

We don’t provide a list based on our data protection. Through the Exhibitor Portal you are able to search for buyers according to the region, company name and product you looking for and make appointments with them online. 

Can I cancel an appointment with a buyer?

We do not recommend you do but if you have too, there is a button on your appointment schedule to cancel and the buyer will be notified accordingly.

What else can I do prior the show to encourage buyers and buyers’ club members to book appointments with me and promote my presence?

Ensure your profile close to 100% complete, add images, brochures and videos as much as you can. Send a press release through the portal. Make sure to complete your preferencing which request meetings during our self-scheduled appointments.

How would I go about booking a stand for WTM Africa?

Buyers

Where do I register and download my buyer badges?

Your should be able to download your badge once you log into your hosted buyer zone. Alternatively, please contact Customer Services to get a copy. 

Where do I register and download my exhibitor, press, hosted buyers badges?

Your request would not go through the portal. But you should be able to log into your registration’s company’s (EAS) back office and send them a copy of their badge.

How do I go about apply for full hosted buyer status?

Please contact our Hosted Buyer team for any queries like this. However, if they only say they are interested you can direct them to the website to submit the Hosted Buyer interest form.
