The award-winning Sani Resort is excited to announce a series of new offerings and experiences for guests for 2023, with an action-packed co-branding programme, new wellness activities and star-studded line ups for its much-celebrated annual Sani Gourmet and Sani Festival. New Michelin Star Dining and New Restaurants
In 2023, Sani Resort will continue with exceptional partfnerships, with world-leading brands in the family and culinary market. The resort collaborates with two Michelin starred chef and Parisian restaurant owner, Stephanie Le Quellec, who will be designing the new menu for the Over Water restaurant at Sani Asterias. One of the few female chefs to be awarded with 2 stars in the Michelin guide, Chef Le Quellec lets the products take centre stage, inviting guests to explore traditional French haute cuisine with grace and passion in the magnificent setting of Sani Asterias.
The magnificently spacious Porto Sani is now more impressive than ever with two fabulous new restaurants, adding flavours from Peru and Greece to the collection of 24 international dining venues. The first is Elia, a Greek al-fresco restaurant adding a modern twist to traditional flavours of Greek cuisine while the second Lima Peruvian restaurant is bringing Latin American spirit to Greece. Located on the upper floor of Porto Sani, Lima enjoys a spacious veranda with spectacular views. Both restaurants are also welcome additions to Sani Resort’s Dine Around concept, adding even more choice and value to the programme.
Porto Sani: Redesigning Holidays for Families
Porto Sani, the resort’s most popular hotel for families with young children has doubled up its space with a magnificent extension, featuring a new complex of suites, pools and gardens. Specially designed around the needs of young families the stylish expansion offers supreme privacy, ample spaces and superior service. Porto Sani offers 148 luxury, spacious suites which can be perfectly tailored to meet the needs of families of all sizes. The New Porto Sani Spa Suite and Signature Treatments
At the calm oasis of the brand new Spa Suite at Porto Sani guests can connect with their inner self through “made to measure” face and body treatments, with precious beauty products and ingredients by Parisian luxurious brand Anne Semonin. As one of five of the resort’s spa destinations, The Spa Suite offers state of the art facilities including a heated indoor pool, thermal area with an ice fountain for a quick blast to improve circulation and release toxins, steam room and sauna and a couple’s cabin. The bespoke Anne Semonin treatments such as the Gold Seekers Face & Body treatment offer the most lavish treatments of dreams while the Junior Spa menu is offering some special pampering to the little guests above 12 years old.

Legend visits from famed tennis and football players will continue, with the line-up for 2023 to be announced very soon, as well as continued partnerships with world-class brands, such as the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre, the Bear Grylls Survival Academy and Chelsea FC Football Academy. Located in a luscious eco-reserve Sani Resort is offering a series of outdoor activities in nature. Guests can now enjoy private aerial yoga in the open air which adds up to an extensive programme of yoga sessions that rotate every single day. From yoga salutation to sunset yoga on the beach, to special thematics of yoga in the forest as well as family sessions and a specially designed breath and meditation class guests can enjoy training in the magnificent natural backdrops of Sani. For enjoyment at a high energy level, the Sparta Gym with climbing apparatus and bootcamp-style facilities adds to the one-of-a-kind sports and outdoor activities offered across Sani Resort while the new forest trails have been specially designed to be explored by bike or on foot offering stunning views over the Kassandra Bay. First Certified Carbon Neutral Resort in Greece and Sustainability Programme
Sani’s multi awarded sustainability programme, Sani Green is focused on improving its sustainability performance, from energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources to water conservation and sustainable procurement. Each Sani Green initiative is supported by well-defined policies and measurable targets, in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals. Sani Resort is the first certified carbon neutral resort in Greece since 2020 with a triple zero goal, to be net zero by 2030, as well as zero plastic and zero waste by 2024. In 2023, the resort will continue with its wooden key cards, water-refilling stations around the resort, and its Zero Waste kitchen concept. Sani Gourmet is getting even a wider identity with Michelin Starred Chefs visiting throughout the whole season offering exquisite culinary long weekends. Some of the world’s most prestigious Chefs will be joining Sani Gourmet this season for a gastronomic journey throughout the season at some of Sani Resort’s spectacular restaurants. Set against the backdrop of beautiful Halkidiki, guests can enjoy carefully curated five-course dinners, paired with fine wines overlooking the Aegean Sea, or revel in the bustle of marina life.
Sani Festival - July-August 2023
Recently awarded as the world’s Leading Cultural destination by World Travel Awards, Sani Resort is setting the bar even higher this season with Sani Festival bringing some of the most current, up and coming and leading performers in the world in its 31st edition. As the largest privately-organised festival in Greece, Sani Festival will once again be the center of global music scene for the summer. Last year, the much-loved Sani Festival honoured the history of the annual event, celebrating its 30th anniversary with performances from Andrea Bocelli, Bob Geldof and Jack Savoretti. Set atop Sani Hill, against the dramatic backdrop of a Byzantine tower and the Aegean Sea, the Sani Festival invites all to take joy in masterful music performances and an enchanting atmosphere.
