Hosted Buyer Requirements
- Attend a minimum of 10 pre-scheduled appointments per each day of the show
- Uphold all appointment diary commitments
- Attend a daily destination presentation as scheduled
- Attend the speed networking session and all other networking events as scheduled
- Complete the online meeting platform buyer and company profile in full and as per guidelines
- Rate all appointments
- Complete a speed networking survey
- Complete the post show survey
- All applicants must be able to speak English to an intermediate level in order to converse with International Exhibitors
- Must ideally not have previously participated in the hosted programme in the last 2 years
Who can apply?
Hosted Buyers must meet WTM Latin America’s qualification criteria. All registration and application forms will therefore be reviewed against the following requirements:
For Leisure Travel Professionals
- Senior travel industry professional with direct purchasing and contracting authority
- Well acquainted with and already purchasing Latin American products
- Must be able to provide references from Latin American organisations you have conducted business with in the last year
- Desire to expand within Latin America
- Annual budget of consolidated spend in various categories (air, hotel, transportation etc)
- Volume of transactions in various categories (air, hotel, transportation etc)
- Attending show with a serious view to developing new business
- Looking to source a number of different types of suppliers.
Meetings (MICE) and Corporate Travel Professionals
- Senior travel industry professional with direct purchasing and contracting authority
- Well acquainted with and already purchasing Latin American products
- Must be able to provide references from Latin American organisations you have conducted business with in the last year
- Desire to expand within Latin America
- Annual budget of consolidated spend in various categories (air, hotel, transportation etc)
- Volume of transactions in various categories (air, hotel, transportation etc)
- Attending show with a serious view to developing new business
